Braviqo is a trade name used by StudioPremier, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. StudioPremier, LLC is responsible for the processing of personal information described in this Policy.

- Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, blockchain networks, dates, amounts, and platform details.
- Messages, screenshots, emails, chat records, payment confirmations, police reports, and other evidence.
- Information necessary to prepare a quotation, contract, invoice, investigation, or report.
We may also receive limited technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device information, access date, and server security logs.
3. How We Use Information
- Review and assess a submitted case.
- Contact the applicant and request additional evidence.
- Determine whether Braviqo can offer a paid investigation.
- Trace transactions and prepare technical or forensic reports.
- Provide agreed services and manage the client relationship.
- Protect the website, prevent fraud, and maintain security records.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to valid legal requests.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
- You requested a case assessment or provided consent.
- Processing is necessary before entering into or performing a service contract.
- We have a legitimate interest in evaluating cases, operating securely, and preventing abuse.
- Processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
- Processing is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
5. Retention
Information submitted for an initial assessment that does not result in a paid engagement will normally be retained for up to 90 days and then deleted or anonymized.
Information related to accepted and paid engagements may be retained for the period necessary to provide the service, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect legal rights.
We may retain information longer when required by law, requested by the client, needed for an active investigation, or necessary to preserve evidence or address a legal claim.
6. When Information May Be Shared
- Hosting, email, security, payment, document-storage, and technology providers.
- Professional advisers, investigators, contractors, or legal counsel subject to confidentiality duties.
- Exchanges, wallet providers, token issuers, compliance teams, or other relevant services when authorized and appropriate.
- Law-enforcement agencies, regulators, courts, or other authorities when legally required or authorized.
- A buyer or successor in connection with a lawful merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of the business.
Braviqo does not disclose private KYC information because Braviqo does not control exchange KYC records.
7. International Data Transfers
Braviqo serves clients internationally. Information may therefore be processed in the United States or in other countries where service providers, professional advisers, or relevant entities operate. Where required, reasonable contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards will be used.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Applicants should avoid submitting passwords, seed phrases, private keys, access codes, or other credentials. Braviqo will never request a wallet seed phrase or private key.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to complain to an applicable data-protection authority.

10. Cookies and Technical Logs
The current Braviqo website does not use advertising cookies. Essential technical logs may be created by the hosting environment for security, reliability, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting.
If analytics, advertising, or additional cookies are introduced later, this Policy and any required cookie controls will be updated before those technologies are used.
11. Children
Braviqo services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly request case submissions from minors. A parent, guardian, or authorized adult should contact us when a matter involves a minor.
12. Third-Party Links
The website may link to exchanges, authorities, blockchain explorers, or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Policy.
