1. Acceptance of These Terms
By using braviqo.com, submitting a case, requesting an assessment, accepting a quotation, or purchasing a Braviqo service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information.
2. Service Provider
Braviqo is a trade name used by StudioPremier, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. All contracts for Braviqo services are entered into with StudioPremier, LLC unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Nature of the Services
Braviqo may provide:
- Blockchain transaction tracing.
- Crypto scam and digital asset investigations.
- Wallet and transaction risk analysis.
- Technical and forensic reports.
- Consultation and recovery-action support.
- Preparation of technical documentation for clients, lawyers, authorities, exchanges, or service providers.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Braviqo does not guarantee that funds can be fully traced, identified, frozen, seized, returned, or recovered.
Results depend on the blockchain, quality of evidence, timing, transaction complexity, privacy tools, mixers, bridges, decentralized services, token issuers, exchanges, authorities, legal procedures, and other third parties outside Braviqo's control.
5. Initial Assessment
A free or preliminary case assessment is limited to determining whether Braviqo may be able to offer a paid service. It is not a complete investigation, legal opinion, or recovery determination.
Braviqo may accept, reject, pause, or refer any case at its discretion.
6. Quotations and Scope
Paid work begins only after the client accepts a written quotation, proposal, engagement letter, invoice, or other written scope.
The agreed document will define the specific deliverables, price, estimated timing, supported networks, assumptions, and exclusions.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a new quotation or written approval.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information.
- Submit only evidence the client is authorized to provide.
- Preserve original evidence and avoid altering transaction records.
- Respond promptly to reasonable requests for clarification.
- Not provide seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or access codes.
- Not use Braviqo services to harass, threaten, deceive, or unlawfully monitor another person.
8. Prohibited Requests
Braviqo will not assist with:
- Unauthorized access to accounts, wallets, devices, or systems.
- Hacking, credential theft, malware, extortion, or retaliation.
- Requests intended to conceal, launder, move, or recover unlawfully obtained assets.
- False complaints, fabricated evidence, or impersonation.
- Any activity Braviqo reasonably believes may violate law or third-party rights.
9. Fees and Payment
Fees are based on the agreed scope and may vary according to complexity, urgency, number of networks, volume of transactions, and reporting requirements.
Payment terms will appear in the relevant quotation, invoice, or engagement document. Unless stated otherwise, payment is required before paid work begins.
Clients are responsible for taxes, bank fees, exchange fees, and payment-processing charges not expressly included in the quotation.
10. Refunds
Because Braviqo services involve reserved professional time and investigative work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
If Braviqo cancels before substantive work begins, any unearned amount may be refunded. Any specific refund terms in a written quotation or engagement document will control.
11. Timelines
Any delivery date is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays may occur because of missing information, technical complexity, network congestion, third-party response times, legal procedures, or new transaction activity.
12. Reports and Deliverables
Reports reflect the information and blockchain data available at the time of analysis. Blockchain labels, attribution data, and third-party intelligence may change over time.
A report does not by itself establish criminal liability, ownership, identity, legal responsibility, or admissibility in a particular court or jurisdiction.
13. Use of Reports
Unless otherwise agreed, reports are prepared for the client and the stated purpose only. The client may share them with legal counsel, authorities, insurers, exchanges, compliance teams, or other relevant parties when lawful and appropriate.
Reports may not be altered, misrepresented, resold, or presented as a guarantee of recovery.
14. Confidentiality
Braviqo will use reasonable measures to keep case information confidential, subject to the Privacy Policy, service-provider requirements, valid legal obligations, and disclosures authorized by the client.
15. Third-Party Services
Braviqo may rely on blockchain explorers, analytics tools, hosting providers, email services, payment processors, exchanges, public databases, and other third parties.
Braviqo does not control and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, decisions, response times, or policies.
16. No Legal, Financial, or Investment Advice
Braviqo services do not constitute legal, tax, financial, accounting, or investment advice. Clients should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StudioPremier, LLC and Braviqo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or speculative damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or failure to recover digital assets.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from a paid engagement will not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
18. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless StudioPremier, LLC and its personnel from claims, losses, or expenses arising from false information, unauthorized evidence, unlawful instructions, misuse of reports, or violation of these Terms.
19. Suspension or Termination
Braviqo may suspend or terminate a service if the client fails to pay, provides false information, requests unlawful activity, threatens personnel, misuses reports, or otherwise violates these Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
21. Changes to These Terms
Braviqo may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, law, or business practices. The updated version will be published with a revised effective date.
